We read about the case when it happened in the news, in the UK .net magazine, in greek and international sites. Antonis Tsipropoulos the admin of the greek blog aggregator, was sued, arrested and jailed, because one of the linked [third party] RSS feeds on the site had satirical content. Despite the aggregator being completely unrelated to the offending blog, the blogme.gr server was shut down and its hard drives were confiscated.
The blogme.gr trial is coming up on the 14th of December in Athens. Lets hope that freedom of speech will prevail in the country that gave birth to democracy.
